1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing time may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Inside Dhaka

  • 1–3 business days

Outside Dhaka

  • 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather, holidays, or location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on location and order size.

Typical delivery charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60–80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120–150

Shipping fees will be shown during checkout or confirmed before delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected locations in Bangladesh.

Customers are requested to:

  • Keep the payment ready at delivery
  • Receive the order personally or through a trusted person

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, customers may receive a confirmation message or tracking information (if available through courier service).

6. Failed Delivery

Orders may fail to deliver if:

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos/video proof.
